Plaza Tempo Begins Leasing

With 40% of construction completed and its centerpiece, the Holiday Inn, having opened its doors in June, Plaza Tempo mall in Escazu is looking for commercial renters. The $40 million project is scheduled to open in May, 2012, with 16,000 sq. meters of office space and 6,000 sq. meters of stores.

The Salvadoran company Grupo Agrisal that financed the mall notes that its 50% of office space for sale is graded A+, having prime location, excellent design, advanced communications, standard fire insurance and easy access.

Plaza Tempo will also have 13 additional office center projects open later in 2012 and 2013. "We've established contact with important national and transnational companies who have expressed great interest in the project," says real estate operations director for the mall, Ricardo Augspurg.
