Green Compliance Resort Planned

Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. has signed a statement of intent to design and build a green compliance resort in the Puntarenas area on the Pacific Ocean.

The agreement is with S.V. International Developers S.A., a Costa Rican company known for its Montanas del Pacifico, owner of a partially-developed 360-acre parcel of land.

The parcel will be developed into condominium villas and cabanas, a clubhouse, swimming pools with wet bars, volcanic-driven spa, several restaurants, tree canopy/zip line rides, horseback riding, bars, water park and an 18-hole golf course.

The hotel will operate under the Hotel PURE brand. Property buyers will have the option of buying lots and constructing their own villas or purchasing pre-built, fully furnished cabanas, according to the company press release.
